art criticism

 In this art work I see a bunch of lines, swirls, zigzaged lines, pokeadots, nd quars and very bright colors.
 The shapes and lines are overlaping and jagged. The value is high, the texture is vibrant. Thats the person or artist who did this was ver happy and excited, or maybe bored.
